This Advertiser Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Exotic Escorts (“Exotic Escorts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual, escort, model, content creator, agency, or other entity (“Advertiser”) that purchases advertising, creates a listing, submits content, or otherwise uses our advertising services on the Platform.

By creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing any advertising service, the Advertiser agrees to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Pricing and Refund Policy, Complaints & Content Removal Policy, and all other applicable policies.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Exotic Escorts is an online advertising and promotional platform for consenting adults.

We provide advertising services only and:

• Do not provide escort or companionship services;
• Do not negotiate or arrange meetings;
• Do not employ or manage Advertisers;
• Do not set rates charged to clients;
• Do not participate in any transactions between Advertisers and users.

All Advertisers operate as independent third parties and are solely responsible for their conduct and services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To advertise on the Platform, the Advertiser must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• Be legally permitted to provide the advertised services;
• Submit truthful and accurate information;
• Provide any requested identification and verification documents.

Agencies must have written authorization from each individual they represent.

3. Verification and Documentation

Exotic Escorts may require:

• Government-issued identification;
• Proof of age;
• Selfie or identity verification materials;
• Proof of ownership or consent for images and videos;
• Additional documentation as reasonably required.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in rejection, suspension, or termination of advertising services.

4. Advertiser Representations and Warranties

The Advertiser represents and warrants that:

• All persons featured in advertisements are at least 18 years old;
• All persons participate voluntarily and with full consent;
• All information, images, and descriptions are truthful and accurate;
• The Advertiser owns or has permission to use all submitted content;
• The content does not infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights;
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Any records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related laws are maintained where applicable.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Advertisers may not post or promote:

• Content involving minors or age-ambiguous persons;
• Human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation;
• Non-consensual material;
• Unauthorized or stolen images;
• False or misleading advertisements;
• Copyright-infringing materials;
• Illegal activities;
• Fraudulent content;
• Excessively explicit nudity or material prohibited by payment processors.

Advertisers may not engage in abusive conduct, fake reviews, account manipulation, or any activity that harms the integrity of the Platform.

6. Advertising Services and Approval

Advertisements are subject to moderation and approval.

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject submissions;
• Request edits or additional documentation;
• Remove content;
• Suspend or terminate accounts.

Most advertisements are reviewed within 24 hours after receipt of payment and all required materials, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

7. Fees and Payment

All advertising fees are payable in advance.

Services may include:

• Subscription plans;
• Featured listings;
• Premium placement;
• Verification badges;
• Promotional packages.

Some services may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Pricing and Refund Policy.

In general, advertising and digital services are non-refundable once activated, except in limited circumstances such as duplicate billing, unauthorized charges, technical failures, or where required by law.

9. Independent Contractor Status

Advertisers are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or joint venturers of Exotic Escorts.

Advertisers are solely responsible for:

• Their business activities;
• Tax obligations;
• Legal compliance;
• Client communications;
• Rates and services offered.

10. Intellectual Property License

The Advertiser retains ownership of submitted content but grants Exotic Escorts a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform.

11. Complaints and Investigations

We may investigate complaints involving:

• Unauthorized images;
• Copyright infringement;
• Fraud;
• Non-consensual content;
• Human trafficking;
• Other policy violations.

Advertisers agree to cooperate fully with any investigation.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account or listing at our sole discretion for:

• Violation of this Agreement;
• Fraudulent conduct;
• Payment disputes or chargebacks;
• Safety concerns;
• Reputational or regulatory risk.

Unused advertising time may be forfeited where termination results from a policy violation.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to any Advertiser shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific advertising service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve (12) months.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification

The Advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Exotic Escorts and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Advertiser content;
• Advertiser conduct;
• Violation of this Agreement;
• Infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the website operator is legally registered, unless otherwise stated.

16. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Revised versions become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

By creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing advertising services, the Advertiser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Advertiser Agreement in full.
